Privacy
How we look after the details and photos you send us.
Who we are
B-Dazzled Bathrooms Ltd (company no. 14158108), 359 Handsworth Road, Sheffield S13 9BQ. We’re responsible for the personal details you send us through this website. If you have any questions, email b-dazzled@hotmail.co.uk or call 0114 254 8099.
What we collect
When you use our quote form, we collect:
- your name and phone number
- if you add them, your email address, postcode and details of the job
- if you add them, photos of your room
Please only send photos of the room itself, and try to keep people and personal items out of shot.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your request, talk you through the options and give you a quote. We do this because you’ve asked us to get back to you about a job. We don’t use your details for marketing, and we never sell them.
Who sees it
Our team at the showroom. The companies that host and look after our website handle form messages on our behalf and only as we instruct them:
- Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website and stores the messages and photos sent through the quote form. Netlify is based in the United States, so your details may be stored there. It handles them under a data processing agreement.
- Our web designer, Altura Systems, which looks after the website for us.
How long we keep it
If your quote request doesn’t turn into a job, we delete it, and any photos, after 12 months.
If it does, we keep the details we need to do the job and look after you afterwards, and any records the law says we must keep, such as invoices for our accounts.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Just email or call us using the details above.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
Most of this website doesn’t use cookies at all. There’s no tracking or advertising on it.
Our jobs page can show our latest Facebook posts. These load from Facebook, which is run by Meta. When they load, Facebook can set its own cookies and collect information about your visit, such as your device and the page you’re on, and can link it to your Facebook account if you’re logged in. So we only load them if you choose “Show Facebook posts”.
When you do, we and Meta are jointly responsible for collecting that information and passing it to Meta. What Meta does with it afterwards is covered by Meta’s privacy policy and cookies policy.
We remember your choice in your browser so we don’t keep asking. That isn’t used for tracking. You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.
